Core2Duo 1.5 ghz with good graphics or Core2Duo 1.73 with bad?

Well I would tell you to get the one with the dedicated graphics as well, too bad neither of these has that. Anyway, I would go with the first one, although to be honest the 3100 is not that much better than the 950, despite how Intel has hyped it up.
