You might want to tell your doctor this (don't be embared!) and change meds. There are dozens of different anti-depressents that could be right for you without this side effect. KY Warming lube might help too. This probably isn't the case, but depression and stress in general can hinder the quality of and your body's ability to respond to pleasure, but you said you didn't have this problem before taking the meds, so it probably is just a chemical thing.
