Glaxy's etc Doors that lead to other realms(Curious)?

Im just asking curious questions so here it goes....i herd from this 1 guy that there is a way to basically cut a hole in the atmosphere to go to a nother realm or in other words pop out to another galaxy....Give me your thought.
