What do I do now, I failed my math quiz............and I am like one of those "smarter" students!!?

Help me!! I got a 63% on measurement and I don't know what to do I am going to ask my teacher for a re quiz but then my stupid parents don't understand that I have weaknesses too!! I am SO scared because he is going to ask my parents to sign my test I am freaking out and the sucky part is that I just spend 500 dollars on cloths this month and i promised to get honor roll or principles list!!
