get legal with them, get the repair guys to check and get a report or an inspectors citation, that will usually force them to fix the problems. if it becomes UN liveable. then you could probably turn on them with a lawsuit and get it fixed as well as some compensation. such as paid rent at another location during the repair phase. perhaps better looking tiles? who knows. but yes i would suggest getting any sort of legal doent requiring it to be fixed immediately
