Is it theoretically possible for humans to exist WITHOUT evil, yet still have free will?

well good cannot exsist without evil....think about it if there was no bad how would you know what good is. if you say oh he did a good job then what you consider bad. God created life and gave us free will because he loves us rather than making us happy mindless zombies.
