Name a law/legality in your country that you find utterly baffling?

It's legal to marry second cousins in most states in US. Another law that's quite ridculous is one that's meant to keep people on probation for stealing under control. It's a dress code for the mall that says no sweatshirts with hoods, no baggy jeans, no hats and no pockets on clothing that fit more than a hand. It's so no one can steal anything without the security guards seeing it.
