Turkey with 9.5% juices added question?

Can I still brine one of these birds? I eat turkey about 6 times a year, and have always avoided these, but they were on sale for $0.38lb. I had to get one. This year I will be cooking 2 birds. 1 in a smoker/grill, and 1 in an indoor rotisserie. Can I still brine this bird? and should this one go in the smoker, or on the rotisserie? The one that goes on the grill gets quartered, and BBQ sauce. The other is more traditional.
