Did i eat a lot from yesterday?

You need to eat more. You should cut out the hot chocolate and eat a little more. You dont want to eat too little because you will just lose energy and muscle and your metabolism will slow down. You should eat about 6-8 small, healthy meals a day. This keeps your metabolism going. Eat alot of fruits and vegetables and foods low in sugar, calories, and fat. And drink alot of water.
