Help! could this be a std?

i'm a virgin. i've only used vibrators, and i've only used vibrators over my clothing. however, i've developed painful bumps on my l area and it burns when i pee. could those bumps be warts or just from friction? i've read that you can only get std's from someone else or sharing toys, but i haven't and i'm still showing symptoms of one. help?
