I have a judgment out on me from a credit card can i consolidate this as well as other bills?

I want to know if anyone can help me. I have alot of credit card blills mostly because i was living off my credit cards because i was hiding from a abusive husband. now i want to pay these bills. How can i do that. I have a judgement against me by one for them. I just got a letter from the marshell tell me to pay or my wages will be garnished. I owe a lot and i want to pay but i need to knoe how to begin. can anyone help.
