My jaw is coming off?

i was attacked by my frends dog and it bit my face up lot, i put bandage on it, and did not go to hospital bacause i have no dollars. I am in many of pains, and wold like it to stop, the jow is feeling popping whn i move it and the is very ripped up. what in united state can i do
