What should i do with an oversized band shirt?

last time i went to a concert i got this awesome shirt, but it ended up being like 2 sizes too big and its those youth sizes so its short. the design is on the side too. i want to do something to it so that it'll fit, not make me look huge, and so i can wear it to school.
