Would you say that producing super fast bowlers in a region depends on the kind of wicket of that region?

I would disagree....although WA has produced super fast bowlers there are bowlers across the world who have come from bowling in dead pitches....even in Australia SCG and Adelaide are spinner's track but we have Binga and Shaun Tait...., what do you think?
