Property / law pls read n advice?

My uncle bought a land from guy,since ma uncle didnt hav da full amount he bought almost 95% of the land n all the paper work is finshed n its over (ie the land is split in 2 ).Now the problem is the remaining 5 % thats about 1cent so my uncle extended the date to buy the remaining land,the date is over n because no one buys just 1 cent only my uncle can buy that since he doesnt hav enough he planned to sell the the property he bought first ie the 95 % of the land since its owned by him nw n because the land isnt very good with that money he will buy that 1 cent which is like only 1 lakh or sumthin remaining but since he needed time it just got extended ever since , uncle have given the guy advance payment, the amount which usually no 1 buy at 1st phase of land dealing since that guy askd money sayin his children needed money for their studies n my uncle given him the money because of that n in order for extending the date for buying the 1% btu that guy is nw talking all over town bad things abt my uncle sayin hes a cheater n hav send several letters from advocates sayin abt injuction order towards tthe 1% since the 1% is connected to the 95% which is already bought n he send som guy (which is an itant of his advocate) to uncles home wen he wasnt der n my auntie was da only 1 der who is illiterate that guy talkd in bad manners, sayin dis a court order reply or pay the consequences n she was scared , we knew it was done in order scare my uncles family so my uncle said he didnt wantd the 1% n askd for the advance payment on it n the guy refuses n made a case out of it i heard that that guy has a huge hunger for money n not only that he says bad stuffs to ppl he wants to beat lik a psychological attack so my uncle finally decided to move lawfully since his family has been psychologicaly weakned he knw no 1 cud buy that 1% apart from him n he was willing to buy wen that guy attackd lawfullly sayin n earnin ppls trust around makin him da gud guy am worried about i knw its none my concerns bt still i knw the da truth that my uncle hasnt done nythin wrong i knw i cant help much n they can take care of themselves bt still am concerned i knw some law lik stay or conjunction orders can nyone give advice or law points so i can knw how my uncle can win
