What is this movie called? they used to show it on the sci-fi channel a lot back then in the late 90's ?

Id say around the late 90's, its about these pengers on an airplane, where there was this blind girl who can see monsters in the plane and at the airport, with this mad business man who shreds a lot of paper with his hands, and it seems like the pengers from that plane are the only people who are at the airport in some kind of weird dimension, and I remember that one of the monsters looked like meat, do you know the name of this movie? sorry if im not that specific with the detail, so do you know?
